Elisabetta Bartoloni is a Partner and Sector Leader within the Investment and Corporate Banking Practice of Heidrick & Struggles based in the firm’s New York office.
Ms. Bartoloni’s portfolio of executive search and advisory work over the last 16 years has spanned from senior front office to functional roles, including CEO positions, across investment banking, capital markets and asset management, clients. In addition to working with large financial institutions, Ms. Bartoloni has worked extensively with boutique and middle market investment banks and other investment management companies. She is frequently quoted in news and business publications on topics such as: diversity on Wall Street, state of the market etc. Ms. Bartoloni also is an expert on the topics of global talent management, and the financial sector.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Bartoloni was a Managing Director at Westwood Partners focusing on Investment Banking and Asset Management in the US, Latin America and responsible for the firm’s Latin America executive search practice. Prior to joining Westwood, Ms. Bartoloni was a Director at J.H. McCann & Company, a boutique executive search firm exclusively serving the financial services industry. Prior to J.H. McCann & Company, Elisabetta was a Senior Associate in the Global Financial Services Practice of Korn/Ferry International. Ms. Bartoloni began her career in the financial services industry, having worked as a Research Analyst in Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs before joining Korn/Ferry.
Ms. Bartoloni received Bachelor of Arts and Masters degrees, both in Economics, from the University of Florence in Italy. The recipient of two meritorious scholarships, she spent her sophomore and junior years studying Economics at the University of Reading in the United Kingdom and Finance at New York University. Ms. Bartoloni is fluent in Italian and Spanish.
