Rainbow Yuen is a seasoned marketing specialist in the US and Chinese international markets. She lived in Shanghai for 6 years working in marketing, branding, and strategic media planning for global companies in the China markets. As a brand manager for Nike, she managed all aspects of marketing in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan for the women’s business. She has led successful marketing campaigns that generated triple digit growth in sales for the women’s business in brick and mortar and the e-commerce sector. Her expertise also includes strategic media planning and client services in multiple industries from FMCG, luxury, cosmetics & skincare, entertainment, to pharmaceutical companies. She began her career in Los Angeles, then moved onto New York where she led strategic media planning and buying for international clients such as Coca Cola, Discovery Networks, Travel Network, and Novartis. From there, she moved to China, one of fastest growing global markets, to help multi-national clients such as Tiffany’s, Estée Lauder, Unilever, and New Balance with their communication planning in China. Currently, she is based in the US and has founded a consultancy that helps companies bridge the gap between China and US.
