A Silicon Valley native, Mr. Moss spent 17 years in Asia prior to returning to the US in 2013. After starting his career in broadcasting in San Francisco, Mr. Moss went to Singapore in 1995 to co-found an online computer game startup before moving into e-commerce consulting and then technology public relations. From 2004 through 2012 William lived in Beijing, China, where he spent six years at the PR agency Burson-Marsteller representing global technology companies, and then three years leading Asia-Pacific regional communications for smartphone maker Motorola Mobility. In China Mr. Moss handled communications in a range of sensitive situations, including product quality issues, labor actions, manufacturing-related issues, and acquisitions and divestments. He also wrote and blogged extensively about public relations and related issues in China. He is currently director, reputation communications at Intel.
